  1. What do think about Stevia as a sweetener? Herbal and 0 calories, what say you?

  2. I really like stevia and use it myself in moderation. Much like other zero calorie sweetners it can trigger a response in the stomach to get ready for food when often times there's nothing coming in. But for the occasional sweet tooth everything I have found says it's legit and what I have experienced my body likes :) (I would make sure there are no other fillers in the stevia you use, such as maltodextrin etc)
