Great article in Time magazine about the effect of our desire for more. Particularly in the meat industry, we have become an economy of excess. This article clearly articulates the need to change the system or it will continue to change us. Again, I highly recommend the new documentary FOOD INC. , which is now playing nationwide. Educate yourself as to where your food comes from, make changes and great things can only happen.
