Anxiety BeGone -

Do you suffer from low grade anxiety from time to time? If you answered no, you're probably not human... Anxiety is the body telling us we need to do something different, take another action. In that sense, it can be a very good thing, giving us feedback for steps in a new direction. On the other hand, if we get 'stuck' in our anxiety, it can lead to many physical and psychological issues including and not limited to depression and/or obesity.
