More and more going on these days but I have a commitment for myself to keep these blogs going. Last week movement, testing etc. had been out of my awareness compared to where I started but I feel the gravitation back toward my 120 day transformation. I realize it's all about the journey and it's not about a perfect straight line. It's the bumps where we ultimately learn to refine or fine tune and throw out what doesn't work. This past week there was plenty that did not work... and I am better know that I know that.
