Day 80 - June 29 - 2010

tested movement-

flat barbell bench - 135, 185, 205, 235 X 3 (new PR)
handstand pushup - 15
tricep pushup - 20,15,15

Short session approx 20 minutes. Looking to get two in today with a stint outside at the local 'play' gym.
