Faulty "science"

From the Framingham Heart Study - which is where most get the idea that cholesterol and saturated fats are bad.

"In Framingham, Massachusetts, the more saturated fat one ate, the more cholesterol one ate, the lower people's serum cholesterol... we found that the people who ate the most cholesterol, ate the most saturated fat, ate the most calories, weighed the least and were the most physically active."
-William Castelli, Director of The Framingham Study

This is exactly why I believe cholesterol and saturated fat ARE NOT the cause of heart disease. It's backwards. They clearly found that there was no correlation, yet this study is often stated to say otherwise... go figure.

Lesson learned -
(eat beef - grass fed of course)
(egg yolks ARE NOT bad for you - pastured or organic of course)
(saturated fat/cholesterol are not the "enemy" - but partially hydrogenated oils ARE!)
