An amazing Saturday morning -
6:45 a - At the studio to train clients- Enfusia in hand
9a - Random breakfast of half kombucha, bone chicken broth and roasted veggies ?
Carrot, nut butter
10:45 - coffee (decaf), raw milk
12:45 - lentils, coconut, raw beets - banana bread
Tried a little parkour workout again, but I wasn't in a good state and it didn't test well either.
Saw 'No Impact Man' at Texas Theatre... representing The Movement Dallas/Urban Acres.
