8:55a (Time wise I was good until about 915, but my body said otherwise). All those folks who claim you can't get a good workout in less than 30-45minutes, my body says otherwise!
10:30a - Downtown meeting with You+ MEdia and Crazy Water.
11:30a - kombucha
2p - lunch at Kozy kitchen with all the Lululemon Ambassadors.
Veggie connection with grape kombucha
4--7p - training clients at The Movement Dallas
Too much kombucha today! Seriously feel a little off...
