No workout since last Thursday as it was a long weekend of moving and getting settled in. We not only moved our Urban Acres store, but I also moved in with my lovely fiance, Kami. We are still moving boxes and doing our best to de-clutter and minimalize, but I was able to get in a great push workout this morning.
Here's what it looked like. Tested MANY different things (and I had some lingering pain from the move), and this is what tested best. I set a new PR in my DB press, and my pain level actually decreased doing movements that where ultimately best for my body.
DB chest press - 45lb/ 26, 13, 13, 8, 11, 8, 10
Super Wide Pushup - 12, 12, 8, 10, 10, 8, 9
Inverted Handstand press - 5, 6, 1
Side Lateral Raise - 15lb/ 22, 16, 15
Tri extensions - 20lb/ 21, 12
Total time 50 minutes - total volume tbd...
