Day 9 - April 20 - 2010

Haven't been overly motivated this week, and my guess is that it's due to my low back still acting up. I tested a few pull movements today, and most didn't test well. Here is what I came out with.

Standing hammer curl -
Handstand overhead for time -

Total time - 34 minutes .

Hopefully my body will be craving more movement tomorrow.
