Day 120 is almost half-way here and while I haven't been absent, it's been a few since the last post. Movement is testing well, but the priority of updating my movement had temporarily taken a back seat. Thought I would post a video shot in one of my favorite settings - outside. This one is based around novel exercise and a couple of specific athletic goals I am working towards. Handstand pushups (almost reached my goal of 5) and human flag (proving to be the most challenging right now).
You got me on the handstands...but the pullups are another story.
