Really motivated to step up on some of my athletic goals as I realize they will hugely transfer into what I am wanting to achieve aesthetically.

Ground to standing sit up -
KB leg swing -
35 minutes -
Felt great! Diet is a bit off these days. Food quality is spot on but volume is not. I almost ALWAYS test food, just never the amount. More on that in the future-
